Our vision is to achieve equity in health and health care for diverse populations.
Mission
Our mission is to identify, implement and evaluate ways to improve health equity, through community engagement, research, education, service improvements, and building partnerships to address gaps.
Goals
The team focuses on community engagement, research, health professional education, health care practices, health policies, and inter-disciplinary and inter-sectoral partnerships, with the goal of achieving health equity, with a specific focus on Indigenous, immigrant and refugee populations.
